Stall
During university terms (not including summer term) we run a stall in front of or near MCIC on Mondays 13.00-14.00 and Thursdays 12:00-13:00. We don't have sales stalls on flex week (week 6) but follow our Instagram for up-to-date information!
Pickups
Please come to the sales stall for pickups. If pickups are urgent, please send us an email at sales@createunsw.com.au and we'll organise a time and a pickup location. This may incur an additional but small delivery fee.
Payments
We take cash and card. If you need an invoice to get reimbursed by faculty, let us know at sales@createunsw.com.au
Refunds and Replacements
We offer full refunds and replacements (depending on stock availability) on all items.
Out of stock orders
If you urgently need something that is out of stock, please look for other options such as Jaycar or Ebay. Our components are normally ordered in bulk from overseas, so restocking times may be long.
Components/custom kits for your course or program
We’ve worked with course conveners and lecturers in the past to supply components for courses such as DESN1000, BIOM1010, and SOLA2051. In 2020 we produced kits for a UNSW Girls in Engineering workshop including procurement, packaging, and delivery of kits.
Send us an email at sales@createunsw.com.au with the quantities and components required. We can consult on project kit design and offer reduced prices for bulk orders.
Extra stall for your course
Depending on demand and availability of CREATE's members, we may run a stall for DESN1000 on build days for convenient last-minute parts. If you’d like us to do something similar for your course send us an email at sales@createunsw.com.au .
